PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Idan Shitrit, 51 Circuit Road, Bellport, NY is seeking to convert an attached garage to living space. The siding will be white wood shingles to match the existing; the trim will be white wood to match the existing and the windows will be Anderson 400 series, casement.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-4-5-29. The property is in the “B” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
