PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE thatthe Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Siobhan Darrow & Seth Faison, 31 Brewster Lane, Bellport are seeking to construct a small addition in the rear of an existing single-family dwelling. The siding will match the existing yellow, wood clapboard siding; the roofing will match the existing black asphalt roof; the trim will be white wood to match the existing trim and the windows will be white, double hung.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-9-3-2.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
