PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Dalton Studios LLC, 25 Country Club Road, Bellport, NY is seeking approval to change the wood shingle siding approved for the dwelling by the Architectural Review Board on March 24, 2022 to white, Hardie plank siding.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-7-3-12.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
