NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on November 20, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Hans and Rita Tempel, 196 S. Country Road, Bellport, are seeking to add a second story, rear dormer addition to a two-story, single family dwelling. The siding will be yellow cedar shingles, the roofing will be gray asphalt, shingles; the trim will be white wood and the windows will be white, double hung. All materials will match the existing dwelling.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-6-2-13.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
