PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Matthew Kinigson, 16 Mott Drive, Bellport is seeking to construct a single-story addition in the rear of a single-family dwelling and extend an existing deck, also in the rear of the dwelling. The siding will be white vinyl; the roof will be grey asphalt shingles; the trim will be white Azek and the windows will be white, double hung Pella windows. The deck will be a grey, wood composite material.
The property is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-2-2-4. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
