PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
16 Livingston LLC, 16 Livingston Road, Bellport, NY is seeking to construct a new two-story, single-family dwelling and convert the existing structure into two separate structures – a pool house and a detached garage. The front and sides of the dwelling will be sided with natural, 18” cedar perfection and the rear of the dwelling will be sided with white clapboard. The roof Owens Corning asphalt shingles – either supreme charcoal or forest green. The trim will be Azek – either charcoal or forest green. The windows will be double hung, 2 over 2 either Marvin or a similar brand. The converted structures will be sided with whited clapboard; the roof, trim and windows will match the newly constructed dwelling.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-8-6-6. The property is in the “A” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
