PUBLIC HEARING
Please take notice that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Grucci Properties East LLC, 122-124 South Country Road Bellport, NY is seeking to construct a second story addition on the west side of the building, construct a rear deck and renovate the existing second floor. The siding will be cedar shakes to match the existing siding; the roofing will be black asphalt shingles to match the existing roof; the trim will be white wood and the windows will be double hung, white. The deck will be wood, cedar or mahogany.
The property is located in Business District E. The Suffolk County Tax map number is 0202-8-8-4.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
