PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Karen Corsino, 11 First Street, Bellport is seeking to demolish a substantial portion of an existing single-family dwelling and construct a new two-story, single-family residence with covered roof over front porch and rear wood deck. A portion of the existing house and the garage will remain. The siding will be natural cedar shingles; the roofing will be grey asphalt shingles; the trim will be white Azek. The windows will be double hung, 8/1 and the rear deck will be trex.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-5-6-15.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
