NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on November 20, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Susan Doud, 10 Brewster Lane, Bellport, NY seeks to construct a covered basement entrance on the north side yard of a single-family dwelling. The entrance will be poured gray concrete with bluestone and will match the existing foundation. The roof covering will be gray, edpm. The columns, guardrail and decorative railing on the entrance cover will be white wood to match the existing porch on the south side of the dwelling.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-6-2-4.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
