PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
The Edgar Lampert 2021 Descendants’ Trust, 1 Otis Lane, Bellport is seeking to construct a two-story addition in the rear of a single-family dwelling. The siding will be cedar shingles, stained light gray to match the existing house; the roofing will be gray asphalt shingles to match the existing house; the trim will be wood, painted white to match the existing house; the windows will be a combination of double hung and awning Anderson divided light to match the existing house.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-13-2-2.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
