PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on February 27, 2020 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Joseph & Elizabeth Mayward, 12 George Court, Bellport, NY seeks convert an existing garage to living space, demolish a portion of the dwelling that serves as a pantry, replace windows and doors and reside the dwelling. The siding will be cedar shingle with painted white wood trim. The windows will be double hung, simulated divided light.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-8-2-12.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
