NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on February 27, 2020 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Joann Williams, 16 Second Street, Bellport, NY seeks to construct a 13 foot x 7 foot sunroom on the east side of a single family dwelling. The windows will be glass easement windows and the doors will be sliding glass doors. The roof and trim material will be white aluminum.
The single family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-5-6-16.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
