1. Presentation and Discussion with Marc Rauch: “Make Bellport Greener.”

2. Update: Report from the Bellport Golf Commission on the winter project utilizing the funds accumulated from the Golf Assessment.

3. Treasurer’s Report:

    1. Review of year-to-date financials through October 31, 2021 
    2. Total taxes collected through November 5, 2021: $2,775,721.92 (97.63% of the budget).

4. Extend Agreement with Alexandra McCabe as Consultant to the Treasurer’s Department from December 1, 2021 through May 31, 2022, remaining at a rate of $100.00, per hour (the impact of this extension was anticipated and has already been budgeted). 

5. Discussion: Golf Course and Tennis Buildings – Proposal from JPCE, Consulting Engineers. 

6. Discussion: Status of Ho Hum Pavilion: Permitting Status, State of Urgency, Contractors, setting a Public Meeting

7. Discussion: Streaming Board Meetings on the internet

8. Updates:

    • Waterfront –
      • Final Draft: 2022 Boat Berth License Agreement
      • FEMA Main Dock Project: FEMA Validation of Project, Partial Payment Reimbursement Requests
      • Browns Lane Bulkhead Replacement, Shore Road and Main/Rock Dock Projects
      • Exterior Water/Termite Damage in the facade of Village Hall
      • Discussion: Engaging a civil engineering firm to conduct a study of the street terminus at Otis, Thornhedge and South Howells Point Roads
      • Boat Launch Rates Review
      • Congressional (Schumer, Gillibrand, Zeldin) Allocation $3.27M Grant Status and Timeframe

    • Special Events:
      1. Bellport Chamber of Commerce: Holiday Shop Local Soup Contest on Saturday, November 27, 2021, from 11:00AM to 5:00PM
      2. Bellport Country Club – Wedding Ceremony at Mothers’ Beach on Saturday, September 10, 2022, stating at 11:30AM. The fee to be paid once approved is $1,000.
      3. Discuss Holiday Festivities within the Village

A Special Election will be held to fill the Trustee position vacated by Steve Mackin effective December 31, 2025. The elected individual will serve the remainder of the term from April 7, 2026, through June 30, 2026.
