- Resolution __ Approve the following payments:
- General Fund Checking Abstract Report #5. Consisting of 88 vendors:
- General Fund Expenditures: $ 182,374.34
- Enterprise Fund Expenditures: $ 3,436.01
- Capital Fund Expenditures: $ 3,622.11
- Totaling: $ 189,432.46
- . Approve the Enterprise Fund Checking Abstract Report #5 Consisting of 17 vendors totaling, $166,354.80.
- Approve the Capital Fund Checking Abstract Report #5. Consisting of 2 vendors totaling $4,239.50 See Summary of Abstracts, included in Exhibit 2
- Resolution: ____ Approve the Budget Transfers as of May 31, 2020 and October 26, 2020, as outlined in Exhibit 3.
- Resolution: ____ Approve the Consolidated Highway Improvement Program (CHIPS) Reimbursement of $108,608.46, related to road work done last fiscal year, was received on October 5, 2020.
- Resolution: ____ Approve the Establishment of a Capital Project related to the NYS Economic Community Fund Grant for the playground at the Village Dock in the amount of $150,000 with $112,000 being funded by the State, $18,750 by the Village and $18,750 by the Bellport Village Program Fund.
- Resolution: ____ Approve the Establishment of a Capital Project for the NYS SAM Grant for the Bellport Village Community Center in the amount of $187,500
- Resolution: ____ Approve the 2021 Boat Slip Rate for Agreement Statement Distribution in early November (Exhibit 4).
- Resolution: ____ Approve the appointment Kieran Murphy as a new member of the Waterfront Commission
- Resolution: ____ Accept and approve the civil service employment status changes of code enforcement officer Raymond Stenberg; he is retiring as of August 28, 2020 and is being re-instated as of October 3, 2020 (Exhibit 5).
- Discussion regarding the proposal for the south end of the Main Dock to be closed off to traffic. (Exhibit 6).
- Resolution ___ Approve donation of 12 Trees by the Garden Club. In addition, the Garden Club has taken on an initiative to contract with an arborist to counter the blight of the Village’s Ash Trees. (Exhibit 7).
- Updates:

- Requests for pro-rata reimbursement to slip holders for the delay in opening the Marina this season due to the FEMA Construction Project and COVID-19 Pandemic (May 9th through June 26th).
- Discussion Next Steps regarding the Bus Company and noise emanating for the buses in the yard.
- Status of the FEMA Main Dock Project
- Government Advocacy: Davidoff, Hutcher, & Citron – Presentation by our Waterfront Engineer and Village Clerk to the US Army Corp of Engineers on October 8, 2020 (Exhibit 8)
- ADA Ramp at Village Hall
- Playground Grant for Bandshell Marina Beach (Exhibit 9)
- Discussion on status regarding noise levels in the village (i.e. construction and landscaping, etc.

- Breakfast with Santa and the Tree Lighting Festivities, unfortunately is cancelled due COVID 19 Pandemic
