PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Kyle Binnington, 6 Country Club Road, Bellport, NY is seeking construct a pool house in the rear yard. The siding will be white cedar; the roofing will be cedar shingles; the trim will be white Azek; the windows have white frames and the sliding glass doors will have a black frame.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-7-2-32. The property is in the “B” Residence District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard.
