PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
James Avino, 17 S. Country Road, Bellport is seeking to construct first and second story addition and a covered front porch along with doing interior renovations. The siding will be white shingles; the roofing will be dark grey cedar shingles; the trim and the columns will be white Azek and the windows will be white, double hung.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-7-2-12.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
