PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Ian Mohr and Elisa Lipsky-Karasz, 73 N. Howells Point Road, Bellport, NY are seeking construct a rear addition and renovate a single-story, single-family dwelling. Additionally, the applicants plan to construct an in-ground pool and shed in the rear yard. The siding on the dwelling will be white, Hardie board and batten; the roofing will be standing seam metallic silver; the trim will be white Hardie Board and the windows will be Anderson 400 series, black.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-5-1-9. The property is in the “B” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
