PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE thatthe Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Alain & Luisa Baume, 8 Thornhedge Road, Bellport, New York are seeking to construct an addition to a single-family dwelling. The siding will be gray painted wood shingles; the roofing will be unfinished cedar; the trim will be white painted wood; the shutters will be louvered wood, painted blue; the windows will be Jeldwin 6 pane, double hung wood and the doors will be wood, French doors painted white. All materials will match the existing dwelling.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-13-2-7.3.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
