NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING OF

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on October 24, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:

Albert Rizzi, 78 Country Club Road, Bellport, NY seeks approval for an existing front deck and, to add a two-story addition in the rear of the house and add a roof over the front entrance of a single family, single story dwelling.  The siding will be composite shingles, hand split, aged cedar. The roofing will be timberline weatherwood GAF asphalt architectural shingles. The trim will be white azek and the windows will be white, double hung. The windows in front will have black vinyl louvered shutters.

 

All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard.  The Community Center is handicapped accessible. The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-4-1-31.
