PUBLIC HEARING OF
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on October 24, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
James Sherman, 12 Baycrest Avenue, Bellport, NY seeks approval to add a single-story addition and covered deck to the rear of an existing 2 story, single family dwelling. The siding will be white cedar, the roofing will be red cedar, the trim will be painted pine. The windows will be wood double hung and the doors will be wood framed, French doors.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible. The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-14-1-1.
