PUBLIC HEARING

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:

Edward Baker, 15 New Jersey Avenue, Bellport, NY seeks approval to construct a 12 foot x 25 foot 9 inch rear addition and add a bilco cellar entrance on the south side of a single family dwelling. The siding will match the existing cedar shingles and the trim will match the existing white wood trim.  The roof will be a rubberized EPDM membrane. The windows will be white, fixed and casement.

The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-5-6-4. The property is in the “B” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The property The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
