PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on April 25, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
12 Gerard Street LLC, 12 Gerard Street, Bellport, NY is seeking to renovate an existing two story, single family dwelling with attached garage. Renovations include a new 292 square foot first floor addition and a new 1,067 square foot second story addition. The siding will be natural cedar shake, the roofing material will be GAF Timberline: asphalt weathered wood. The windows will be white, double hung and the trim will be white, composite/aluminum.
The single family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-8-7-23.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
