NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on November 18, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Kathleen Perkins, 69 Colonial Lane, Bellport, NY seeks to convert an existing garage to habitable space; modify an existing covered front porch; relocate and replace the front door; replace all windows; construct two rear decks and re-side an existing single-family dwelling. The siding will be yellow, cedar shakes; the trim will be black, wood; the windows will be double hung with black frames and the front door will be black with sidelights.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible. The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-1-2-30.
