NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on November 18, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Brooks & Corinne Dermont, 6 Maplewood Drive, Bellport are seeking to relocate the primary entrance from the side of the dwelling to the front of the dwelling; construct a covered front porch and reside the house. The proposed front porch will have a standing seam metal roof and mahogany decking. The siding will be pearl gray, James Hardie Cedarmill Clapboard, the trim will be white, Azek.
The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-5-3-47. The dwelling is located in the Residence B District.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
