PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on July 23, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Mindy Goldberg, 10 S. Howells Point Road, Bellport seeks to construct a single-story addition and new deck. The siding will be horizontal cedar boards with a natural finish; the roofing will be mod bit roofing, black; the trim will be cedar with a natural finish and the windows will be a combination of casement & awning, wood frames with a natural finish. The deck will be mahogany.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-11-1-3. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
