PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on April 30, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Peter & Kathleen Baer, 85 S. Howells Point Road, Bellport, are seeking to construct a pool house with a covered porch and an outdoor shower in the rear yard. The siding will be cedar shingles painted grey beige; the roofing will be pewter grey timberline shingles; the trim will be white Azek and the windows will be white, Anderson Series 400.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-13-2-14.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
