NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on September 25, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Dan Mazzarini, 54 S. Country Road, Bellport, NY is seeking to construct a single- story addition; a two-story addition; porch in the rear and a screened porch on the west side of the dwelling; a roof over rear entry and a second story deck; re-side and re-roof the house; replace windows and trim. The siding will natural Alaskan yellow cedar shingles; the roof will be natural, red cedar shingles; the trim will be pine painted white; the windows will be double hung, casement, fixed and transom.
The Residence is located in the “A” residence district and the Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-8-4-1. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
