PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on August 28, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
100 Bieselin LLC, 100 Bieselin Road, Bellport, NY is seeking to construct a new, two-story, single-family dwelling with an attached garage and covered front porch. The siding will be cedar perfection wood shingles; the roof will be charcoal GAF architectural shingles; the trim will be white Azek and the windows will be Anderson white, double hung.
The Residence is located in the “B” residence district and the Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-1-1-1. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
