PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on August 28, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Virginia Waterman, 13 N. Howells Point Road, Bellport, NY is seeking to construct a new, detached garage. The siding will be cedar clap board, the shingles will be gray asphalt, the trim will be gray cedar and the windows will be double hung. The existing garage will be demolished.
The Residence is located in the “B” residence district and the Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-8-1-28.2. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
