PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing February 27, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Marina and Jonah Miller, 30 General McLean Drive, Bellport, NY are seeking renovate an existing single-story, single-family dwelling including elimination of a bilco door, construction of an exterior basement stair and outdoor shower. The siding will be white cedar shingles and vertical wood panels, both painted light grey; the roofing will be pewter grey, asphalt shingles; the trim will be white, Versatex or similar; the windows will be casement.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-8-1-42.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
