NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on January 23, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Albert DeMatteo, 21 N. Howells Point Road, Bellport, NY seeks to renovate an existing single-family dwelling; construct a second story addition; construct a new, expanded covered front porch and construct a new rear deck. The siding will be white, Hardi plank; the roofing will be black asphalt shingles; the trim will be white, Azek and the windows will be white, double hung and casement.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-8-1-16.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
