PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on November 20, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Jessica and Justin McDougall, 17 New Jersey Avenue, Bellport are seeking to construct a second story, rear addition and construct a garage/pool cabana in the rear yard. The siding for the addition and the garage will be cedar shake shingles, either wood or synthetic; the roofing will be asphalt or cedar shake (wood or synthetic); the trim will be Azek and wood, white; the windows will be double hung and casement. All materials will match the existing dwelling.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-5-6-3.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
