LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on the 23rd day of September 2024, at 7:00 pm, at the Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, New York to consider the adoption of a new provision prohibiting idling and revisions to Chapter 12 of the Village Code of the Village of Bellport 12-137 concerning bicycles and other play vehicles.
A copy of the proposed revisions to Chapter 12 are on file in the office of the Village Clerk and are available for inspection by interested persons during Village Clerk’s business hours, and has also been posted on the Village’s website.
The Village Board will at the above date, time and place hear all persons interested in the subject manner hereof. Persons may appear in person or by agent. All written communications addressed to the Board must be received by the Board at or prior to the public hearing.
