PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
John Sparling, 5 Colonial Lane, Bellport, NY is seeking to construct a second story dormer addition on the south side of the dwelling and center an existing dormer. The white vinyl siding, the green asphalt roof shingles, the white trim and the white, Anderson 400 series windows will match the existing house.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-7-5-7. The property is in the “B” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
