PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Planning Board will hold a public hearing on July 3, 2024 at 7pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
215 S. Country Road Associates LP (aka The Gateway), 215 S. Country Road, Bellport, NY seeks approval to construct an addition to enlarge the lobby of the theater; construct a new patio deck; renovate the interior of the existing lobby and add new parking spaces to the parking lot.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-6-1-3. The property is in the Cultural and Performing Arts District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The property The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
