PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Kris Togias, 5 Brewster Lane, Bellport, is seeking construct a front entry screen at the front entrance to the house. The material will be cedar wood, painted black to match the existing house.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-6-2-11.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
