PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on March 28, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Mary Schultz, 24 Country Club Road, Bellport, NY is seeking to convert two existing single dormers to one shed dormer and re-side the front wall of an existing single-family dwelling. The siding will be white, Azek board and batten; the roofing will be brown asphalt shingles to match the existing roofing; the trim will be white Azek and the window will be white, Anderson series casement.
The dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District and the Suffolk County Tax Map -Number is 0202-7-1-35. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
