NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Julian Shiff, 24 Thornhedge Road, Bellport, NY is to seeking to construct a single-story addition in the front of the dwelling with a covered porch, construct a covered porch entrance on the south side of the dwelling and expand a single-story rear addition. The siding will match the existing cedar shingle siding; the roofing will match the existing gray asphalt shingles; the fascia and trim will match the existing white fascia and white trim; the windows will match the existing white casement, awning and double hung Anderson 400 series windows.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-13-2-18.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
