PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Mark Tomei, 26 Second Street, Bellport, NY is seeking approval for an existing dormer and for proposed shutters on a single-family dwelling. Additionally, he is seeking to change the color of the siding and the trim material that were approved at the May 25, 2023 and June 23, 2022 Architectural Review Board meetings. The color of the siding will change from natural cedar to white, and the trim will change from wood to Azek. The shutters will be wood and painted green.
The property is located in the “B” Residence District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible. The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-5-6-25.
