PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 27,2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
John Sparling, 5 Colonial Lane, Bellport, NY is seeking to construct a rear addition and extend a rear deck. The white vinyl siding, the green asphalt roof shingles, the white trim and the white, Anderson 400 series windows will match the existing house. The deck will be Trex to match the existing and the railing will be white PVC to match the existing.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-7-5-7. The property is in the “B” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
