PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 20(5) of the Municipal Home Rule Law, a public hearing will be held by the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Bellport on the 22nd day of January,
A Special Election will be held to fill the Trustee position vacated by Steve Mackin effective December 31, 2025. The elected individual will serve the remainder of the term from April 7, 2026, through June 30, 2026.
Note: The regular Village Election will proceed as scheduled on June 16, 2026.
