INTRODUCTORY LOCAL LAW #2 OF 2026
Amending Various Sections of the Village Code to the
New York State Penal Law
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport will be holding a Public Hearing for Introductory Local Law #2 Amending Various Sections of the Code of the Village of Bellport to Conform the Village Code to the New York State Penal Law in Reference to Penalties. The meeting will take place on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, New York. A full copy of the proposed Introductory Local Law #2 of 2026 is available for inspection during regular Village business hours in the Village Clerk’s Office.
At said public hearing, any persons interested shall be given the opportunity to be heard.
