INTRODUCTION LOCAL LAW # 5 of 2025

Public Hearing for November 24, 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a public hearing will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Bellport at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Village Hall 29 Bellport Lane to consider Local Law # 5 of 2025 to amend the Village of Bellport Chapter 25 of the code of the Village of Bellport entitled RENTAL LICENSE.

A full copy of the proposal introductory LOCAL LAW # 5 of 2025 to amend the Village of Bellport Chapter 25 is on file in the Village Clerk’s Office and is available for inspection during regular Village business hours.

At said Public Hearing any persons interested shall be given the opportunity to be heard.
