PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Planning Board will hold a public hearing on September 17, 2019 at 7pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
215 S. Country Road Associates LP (aka The Gateway), 215 S. Country Road, Bellport, NY seeks approval to construct a 99 square foot shed to house an air compressor. The building will be located in the northeast corner of the property near the carpentry shop.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-5-6-4. The property is in the Cultural District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The property The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
