PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 7:00 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to discuss a proposed subdivision of land at 2 Academy Lane/104 South Country Road, Bellport.
The dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District and the Academy Lane Historic District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-8-7-12
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
