Received bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Village Clerk at:
1:00 PM ON SEPTEMBER 19TH OF 2019
All Bids must be sealed and submitted in the pre‐marked envelope provided with the Bid
Documents or must be sealed and submitted in a package (envelope) MARKED IN THE SAME WAY as the pre‐marked envelope provided with the Bid Documents.
There will be a voluntary on‐site walkthrough at:

Plans & Specifications
Contract plans and specifications will be available at the Village Clerk on JULY 24TH. A nonrefundable fee of $100.00 for the plans and specifications is required. Payment can be made by check, cash or money order.
Bonding & Insurance
No bids shall be received unless made in writing on forms furnished, and unless accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond made payable to the Village of Bellport for an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the Bid price.

This project is being financed with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
