1. Resolution # 31 Approve Board of Trustee Meeting Minutes of May 20, 2019 (Exhibit 1)
Motion made by Trustee Rosenberg 2nd by Trustee Ferrigno. APPROVED
2. Resolution # 32 Approve proposed Budget Transfers for Financial Statements (Exhibit 2)
Motion made by Trustee Ferrigno 2nd by Trustee Mackin. APPROVED
3. Resolution # 33 Approve Payments of the attached invoices in the Abstract Reports, dated
May 20, 2019 (Exhibit 3) Motion made by Trustee Rosenberg 2nd by Trustee Mackin. APPROVED
· Enterprise Fund, 19 Vendors totaling $147,341.11
· General Fund, 59 Vendors totaling $187,219.49
· Capital Fund, 2 Vendors totaling $ 54,979.68
· Authorize the Deputy Treasurer to make the required payments and transfers.

3. Porters on the Lane Request for Use of Village Property on Bellport Lane (Two Step Process: Approval from the Village Board and an Application for a Variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals)
4. Resolution # 35 Set a Public Hearing for the next regularly scheduled Board Meeting on June 24, 2019, at 7:00PM, Negating the Stop Sign in Village Code on Maple Avenue and Bellport Lane. Motion made by Trustee Mackin 2nd by Trustee Ferrigno APPROVED
5. Resolution # 36 Upcoming Election: Motion made by Trustee Mackin 2nd by Trustee Ferrigno APPROVED
§ Registration Day – Saturday, June 8, 2019 12pm – 5pm, must have valid Village ID Card, Village Hall will be open for ID’s from 9am -12 noon. No ID cards will be issued after 12 noon

· NYS Historic Preservation Grant Application for the Community Center: a 50% Match, possibility of working with NIA Solutions for Grant Submission
· Community Center Basement Renovation Progress and Rules and Application Form
· Letter to residents regarding Vegetation growing into the Street (Exhibit 5)

a. Annual Memorial Day Parade: Sponsored by Bellport Village and the VFW, Post #8300, Monday, May 27th, at 10:30AM
b. Bellport Brookhaven Historical Society Annual Fund Raiser: “An Artists’ Place” June 1, 2019, 4:30PM-9:30PM
c. Mary Immaculate Church Annual Clam Bake Fundraiser and Social Event, July 20, 2019, at 5PM to 10PM (set-up starting at 8am)
