1. Resolution #69 – Approve Board of Trustee Meeting Minutes of July 20, 2019 (Exhibit 1)
Motion made by Trustee Ferrigno 2nd by Deputy Mayor Gagliano
2. Resolution #70 – Approve proposed Budget Transfers for Financial Statements (Exhibit 2)
Motion made by Trustee Rosenberg, 2nd by Trustee Ferrigno
3. Resolution #71 – Approve Payments of the attached invoices in the Abstract Reports, dated August 24, 2019, and approve payment for the Treasurer to make the following required payments (Exhibit 3)

· Enterprise Fund, 18 Vendors totaling $ 97,021.52
· General Fund, 100 Vendors totaling $ 181,434.61
· Capital Fund, 1 Vendor totaling $1,905.00

2. Resolution #73 – Approve the donation from the Bellport Fire Department of a 1989 GMC Utility Truck.

3. Resolution #74 – Approve the amendment to Resolution # 63 (dated July 20, 2019) purchasing a 2005 Chevy Suburban 2500 Series for $4,500 from the Bellport Fire Department

a) Update on BID for Marina project – BID Opening September 19, 2019 (Exhibit 4)
b) Postponement of Public Hearing for September 23, 2019 Board Meeting: Letter received from Suffolk County Department of Transportation – Placement of “No Parking” along South Country Road from Country Club to West Border of Bellport Village (Exhibit 5)
c) Vegetation Trimming Letter – Oak Meadow area (Exhibit 6)
d) NYS Grant Application – Playground at the Main Dock: a 75% Grant and 25% Village Match
e) Ho Hum damage – Sunday July 21, 2019
f) NYS Senator Monica Martinez response letter, dated August 1, 2019, to Mayor Fell’s letter, dated June 20, 2019, regarding Senate Bill S.6473 and S.5793: Provisions related to Incorporation of Villages. (Exhibit 7)

The Blue Water Surf Festival at Ho Hum Beach (west of the Pavilion): September 15th, 2019, 8:00AM-4:00PM (rain date September 22nd)
