PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Historic District Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 9 am in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Philip & Ramya Tiller, 37 Browns Lane, Bellport are seeking to demolish an existing garage and construct a new garage/pool house in the rear of the property. The siding will be white cedar shingles; the roofing will be natural cedar shingles; the trim will be white, Azek and the windows will be white, double hung.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District and the Browns Lane Historic District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-9-2-12.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
