NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on September 26, 2024 at 7pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
215 S. Country Road Associates LP (aka The Gateway), 215 S. Country Road, Bellport, NY seeks approval to construct a 3,525 square foot addition to enlarge the lobby of the theater; construct a new patio deck to replace the existing and relocate and modify an existing detached sign between the entrance and exit along South Country Road. The siding will be red, cementitious siding (James Hardie or similar) to match the existing wood siding, the roof will be gray, slate composite or standing seam metal roofing to match the existing roofing; trim will be white, cementitious (Hardie Trim Boards) to match the existing wood; the windows and doors will be clad in aluminum. The existing single side sign will become two sided and the new side will match the existing black frame with a lighted sign.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-6-1-3. The property is in the Cultural and Performing Arts District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard.
